The form below is to be filled in if you have bought a new Haynes Flute from an Authorized Haynes Dealer anywhere in the world.

You can activate your warranty and officially log the purchase of your beautiful new Haynes!

Your name will also be added to the official Haynes Logbook which has kept an unbroken history of first owners for over a hundred years!

Plus you can sign up to “Club ‘88” - a special club for Haynes Flute Owners to get advance notice of live and online events, new products and other flute nerd news!

For instruments that are not newly purchased or for second hand or even vintage Haynes Flutes - please enter your details in the Heritage Section and this way you will be updating the Haynes logbook and officially registering yourself as a member of the Haynes Family of flutists around the world!
